b34b271f48 msm8974-common: these 4 display modes all cause crashes and eventually OS restarts over and over 
Remove all these display modes are they are not started by OS correctly
and/or cause the OS to crash and reboot.

a15c8e8f7d msm8974-common: Uprev to audio hal 5.0 
Audio hal 2.0 was deprecated in Android 12.  Using audio hal 6.0 causes
a bootloop during OS startup so we use 5.0 for now.

msm8974-common: Define shipping FCM version in the manifest 
Shipping API level less than 26 corresponds to legacy FCM version.

This addresses the following build warning:

   Warning: Shipping FCM Version is inferred from Shipping API level. Declare Shipping FCM Version in device manifest directly.

msm8974-common: Wifi: Remove hostapd hidl entry from manifest.xml 
This CL removes the definition for the hostapd hidl interface from
manifest.xml and rely on vint-fragements entry.
This is to avoid the need to modify the revision in future

msm8974-common: manifest: Remove widevine instance 
In Q, this looks like it's making the system wait for a
specific widevine service, which we don't have.
Removing this appears to make L3 start working again.

24d70a1aec Revert "msm8974-common: Use QTI HIDL power HAL" 
This reverts commit e955914336.

* As it turns out, the brand new HIDL power HAL isn't ready, at
  least not for legacy devices like msm8974. Symptoms were that
  after waking from sleep, cores 1-3 are not brought back online
  consistently.
* Let's go back to the old thing, at least for now.
